A great recipe to know for a quick and easy dish that is packed full of flavour.
For those who don’t eat pork, there are plenty of variations of this dish so you can cook something you are comfortable with. A simple yet very tasty recipe that is sure to tantalize your taste buds!
Pork | 500g |
Garlic | 100g |
Light soy sauce | 2 Tbsp |
Pepper | ½ tsp |
Wheat flour | 2 Tbsp |
Sriracha Chilli sauce | 1 btle |
Oyster sauce | 2 Tbsp |
Coconut Sugar | 1 tsp |
Prepare the marinade
In a glass jar combine the light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper and coconut sugar. Mix well until the ingredients combine and then set to one side.
Marinade the pork
Cut the pork in cubes and place in a bowl. Add marinade into the bowl, mix well to coat all the pieces of pork. Keep refrigerated for about 20 minutes.
Deep fry
Whilst you wait for the pork to marinate, pound the garlic with a pestle and mortar. Next, add the garlic to the marinated pork, as well as 2 Tbsp of wheat flour. Mix well. Deep fry in a wok until the pieces turn golden brown.
Plate your dish
Serve with steamed rice and Sriracha chilli sauce!
