Emmental / Cheddar cheese | 300g |
Coriander (chopped) | 1 bunch |
Simmer the Pad Thai sauce
Simmer the Pad Thai sauce over medium heat before mixing in the shredded cooked chicken.
Place in a baking dish with nachos
Spread the nachos out on a baking dish, sprinkle on the chicken and sauce mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese
Sprinkle a good layer of shredded Emmental and Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the oven
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for anywhere between 5-15 minutes until cheese has melted and everything is heated through. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
